Later in my life, I got hooked on coffee. I was about 24 years old as far as I can remember. HOWEVER, I never drink more than a cup a day. Sometimes I would even share a cup of warm and soothing coffee with my mother. But I do love the smell and taste of coffee especially in the morning.
A couple of years back, a close buddy of mind joined Gevalia Kaffe online coffee club and went for their home delivery service and program for regular shipments of coffee. My friend already had a coffee maker so the free one he got from Gevalia was given to me. That was nice, BUT I find the box of Gevalia coffee and, moreover, its taste and character even more enticing!
And that started my coffee addiction!
We started a regular thing from Gevalia and everything worked great. Every morning, I’m looking forward to take my sip on my first Gevalia coffee cup of the day. Everything is working very smoothly and pleasantly until I noticed that we are drinking more coffee than we used to. That’s when we needed to tweak things a bit.

I wouldn’t go around in circles – their customer service section is excellent. It is one of the best online coffee clubs– PERIOD! You can set up your account, which is linked to your coffee shipment account. There you can do everything to make sure you get coffee how you want it and when. You are in total control.
I go to this section of my account to change the frequency of the coffee shipments, replace the coffee blends and flavors in our shipments, add more boxes, add other stuff like tea, chocolate, and even coffee equipments (like coasters), change the payment method, and those are just to name a few. And whenever there is something that is beyond me, their customer service personnel is always more than willing to help out.
Two thumbs up for Gevalia Kaffe when it comes to customer service!
Online Coffee Club Review – The Quality Of Their Coffee
As for the coffee, I have been very pleased with it! I gave other coffee brands a shot, BUT they pale in comparison to Gevalia coffee when it comes to taste, aroma, and character. They somewhat tasted like a dozen chemicals bunched together. With Gevalia Kaffe, your coffee is sure to have a more natural flavor and taste.
Along with that, you can choose in what form you want to get them – whole bean, vacuum packed and grounded. It’s also up for you to decide whether you want to go for their flavored or unflavored blends, caffeinated or decaf. Did I mention that when you are with Gevalia Kaffe for your coffee you are in total control of everything?
One more thing – we learned that decaf coffee sucks when compared to their caffeinated counter parts. The reason? Coffee manufacturers and companies use lousy and sub standard coffee beans to make up for the cost of the expensive facilities to decaffeinate the coffee. If you want decaf, go for companies that charge a little extra for it.
Gevalia passed that test. It charges like an extra $0.50 for every bag and all of us agree that the coffee tastes wonderful! We have been so spoiled by their coffee blends and flavors that we can no longer drink coffee from Starbucks and other coffee shops and restaurants.
